What materials do you use?
Unless stated, every hank is made with 100% cotton fabrics that have been personally selected by me and sewn together with luxurious Egyptian or Greek cotton thread. 

Monogrammed hanks are embroidered using a premium polyester thread, which gives each design a sophisticated sheen.

How do I care for my hanks? 
Easy! Wash in cold H20 with like colors. Lay flat to dry and iron out any wrinkles on the cotton setting, or medium to high heat. Use a bit of starch for extra crispiness and to keep them looking sharp. I like Mary Ellen's Best Press (scent free). You can find it on Amazon.

For monogrammed & embroidered hanks, DO NOT iron directly onto the design!!! Instead, flip your hank over and iron on the back of the area. Liquid starch, a bit of water, or having your hank slightly damp will help smooth out any stubborn wrinkles.

When will my package ship?
Items in stock will ship within 3 business days after purchase. Pre-sale, wholesale and bespoke orders may take up to 3+ weeks to create, plus additional shipping/transit time. 

Who do you ship through?
I ship all packages via USPS First Class (3-5 days) or Priority (2 days). Both will generate a tracking number that will be automatically emailed to you once the label has been created. If you would like to request a different carrier, please get in touch with me prior to making your purchase! 

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you aren't happy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP! I strive for perfection and satisfaction, as I view my products as a representation of who I am. With that being said, returns and exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis. Because hanks are sewn in small batches, I can't guarantee an identical replacement, but in any case, I will work with you to rectify the situation.

If you've place a bespoke or wholesale order and have not scheduled the required consultation with me within 2 weeks of placing your order, I reserve the right to cancel your order without a refund.
